The role involves addressing B2B customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Respond to B2B customer inquiries via phone, email, in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Handle and monitor B2B orders and ensure timely delivery
- Handle all aspects of billing, including return products and refunds
- Initiate proactive approach to ensure compliance with forecasts and demands
- Handle and monitor direct to patient shipments, which includes shipment arrival, missing products, lost shipments, return shipments, develop a close relation with courier as well as answer patient inquiries
- Prepare data-based reports for managerial use
- Update local CRM and ensure customer's data is always updated and correct
- Develop and maintain a close partnership with B2B customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer and patient experience
- Responsibility for preparing periodical commercial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the presentation of key business metrics and insights.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Excel – high Level
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with power BI - advantage
- Medical devices / pharmaceutical company experience preferred
- Experienced working with SAP-must
